Work With Us
Join a team committed to supporting young people to change the trajectory of their own lives.
At Progression Services, we work with young people who have experienced significant barriers to education. Through personalised, trauma-informed support, we enable them to re-engage, make meaningful progress, and achieve more than they thought possible.
We combine high expectations with high levels of support. Our aim is not just to re-engage young people in education, but to ensure they develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to move forward successfully - through qualifications, reintegration, or their next destination.
This work is purposeful and demanding. It requires patience, consistency and a genuine commitment to understanding the young person in front of you. We do not lower expectations; we adapt our approach to ensure every young person has the opportunity to meet them.
Our team is reflective and ambitious. We work collaboratively, continually refining our practice to maximise progress across academic, social, emotional and behavioural development.
We are equally committed to our staff. You will be supported, developed and challenged to be aspirational - for both the young people you work with and for yourself.
If you are passionate about making a genuine difference and feel aligned with our approach, we would love to hear from you. Please complete the application form and submit it to admin@progressionservices.co.uk
